Q: Do you offer custom orders?

A: Yes! I love creating something special just for you. Head over to the Special Orders page to tell me what you're dreaming of, and I’ll be in touch.

 

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Since each item is made to order, please allow 2–3 business days for me to carefully create and prepare your order. Once it’s dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Not at the moment — I currently only ship within the UK. But international options are coming soon!

 

Q: Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

A: If you message me within 12 hours of placing your order, I’ll do my best to accommodate any changes before it's processed.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Due to the handmade/custom nature of my items, I can’t offer returns unless the product arrives damaged or there’s an issue. Please reach out if you have any concerns — I’ll always try to make it right.
